Terms of Use
These terms govern the PrimiMobile mobile apps and websites operated by Primisafe. Canonical URL: https://primimobile.com/terms.
1. The service
PrimiMobile lets authorised users view live video and playback from cameras they add, receive alerts, and optionally subscribe to AI detection on a per-camera basis. Recording remains on the camera or NVR storage. Primisafe does not provide a cloud video archive.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or over and able to form a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of account details and for keeping login details secret. You must only add cameras and sites you own or are authorised to monitor.
3. AI modules
Paid AI is billed per camera, per month, for one detection type, currently £9.99 GBP unless a later price is shown in the app or Stripe checkout. If our servers cannot pull that camera’s sub-stream, AI will not run even if live view on the phone still works. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in the app or via Stripe customer billing. Taxes may apply.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use PrimiMobile to monitor people where you have no lawful right to do so.
- Do not attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service except as allowed by law.
- Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to bypass billing.
5. No emergency service
PrimiMobile is not a substitute for 999 / 112 or a monitored alarm ARC. Panic/SOS and push alerts may be delayed or fail if the phone, camera, or network is offline.
6. Vendor hardware and networks
Camera brands, your LAN, and mobile networks are outside Primisafe’s control. We do not warrant uninterrupted P2P, night vision quality, or third-party cloud uptime.
7. Intellectual property
Primisafe and PrimiMobile names, logos, and the app are owned by Primisafe. You keep ownership of your footage on your devices. You grant us a limited licence to process sub-streams and alerts only to provide subscribed AI and to operate the app.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
The app is provided as available. To the extent permitted by UK law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the AI fees you paid us in the previous 12 months (or £50 if you paid nothing). We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, fail payment, or put the service or other users at risk. You may stop using the app and delete your account. Outstanding AI fees remain payable.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring consumer claims in your country of residence if the law requires.
